Three athletes Mazères Race Walking lined up this Sunday on the confluence of the loop Portet sur Garonne. Congratulations

first Thibaud 5000m which ends 17th and first in its class.
Congratulations also to David and Pierre-Alain who achieve very good results:
Pierre-Alain the 10 km loop 44mn39s 199th scratch and 71st in V1 13.4 km / h average. For his part
David realizes a time of 48mn and 30s, 386th and 137 V1 12.4 km / h

this morning we were 7 riders and 1 "cyclo" in the person of Jerome, this fine morning we went through to reach the path Molandier La Louviere / Fajac Relenque by the coast Monplaisir us to put in his leg for the rest of the trail and then return by road to Villefranche and descent by the Fort, the weather was relatively clear we could see (not all) the extent of Lauraguais and "Lady pyrene" slightly veiled, it is from the Fort that things got crazy after a phone call yet Nito and thank you to David for giving me back so quickly at the stadium. Conclusion: nice little course unpretentious.

7 riders made the trip to Seysses, 3 were aligned with the 10km and 21km 4 on, let's not forget the presence of "staff" represented by David joined by Boris. The rain has had the good sense to spare us the time of the race but not the wind that was particularly annoying about 21km; good start lining up on Jeff for the first 21km is not bad; I do not yet know the outcome of the race all I can say is that we had over 1000 runners and walkers gathered for a great cause, all profits from this race are entirely donated to charity; welcome to the passage of the race organizers for their work and hospitality.
No need to tell you timed everything is excellently past the restaurant, you'll understand.

How Long Is Plan B In Your System?

Mild weather, no wind, there were 6 initially for 17 km in the plain side Calmont, this course is to 80% on roads, bitumen is a minority, with the time change the workouts of the week are in town and it is good the weekend change of air and surface from now on I will join the course map to expand the record.
