Bikini Car Wash Planetsuzy

Castres

With a little delay here is the race Sunday Castres.

Better sensations found after the disappointment of Rodez. I found this circuit with good memories and also starred Trophy Midi-Pyrenees with jeremy GRIMAL, Romain Valentin and COURCIERES Cosnier.

For a quick start, favorites are found quickly before the posts after the first selection of big butts. Jeremy quickly went ahead and started making the hole while Valentin tries to follow him. A little later, Roman and I are starting to accelerate and erode, the timing Valentine while Jeremy has already made the hole. While I can take a few meters ahead of my two opponents, I see Jeremy in trin to run the bike on the shoulder (flat), I find myself double and leading the race and want to stay motivate me even more.

I continue the rest of the race with Roman while trying to dig the hole. But gradually, Jeremy returns to the race lead to an unbelievable pace! So here we are four in head neck and neck. That attack, it temporizes, it runs strong and Roman arrives to escape from a ten seconds while I took a few meters.

The final round is a form of madness, Romain tries to keep his ten seconds, and Valentin Jérémy believe in the win while I, I tear myself to return them. In the end, I sprint but I missed a few feet to play the second place.

was a great race, with suspense that restored a great motivation after a very difficult week.

Anyone Know A Good Sasusaku Highschool Fic?

Rodez

Take a great site, draw a beautiful course, add a platter of outstanding runners, add a large audience and you have the second cyclocross Rodez.

After a long drive, we arrived at the site of the park or Vabre cadets began. Hugo party fast to race alone and then by managing to win. Thomas falling at the first corner very technical, but leaves to make his race and rank seventh and second youngest first year.

After the juniors, it was our turn. An exceptional, with the arrival of Arnaud Jouffroy that needs no introduction, while Jeremy Grimal Recently at the 10th national challenge Hope, Alain Guinle our world champion master ...
The start was hectic, but I manage to wedge myself in 3rd position behind the two favorites Jouffroy and Grimal. I keep the 3 / 4 turn with them to surprise me with a spike and drop. I get up but can not return to the head while Roman Courcieres comes over me. It makes a half turn and then I let go of all the parties in technical and physical in the woods. I manage to keep the gap to 10 seconds but Roman accelerates again.

The rest of the race is the same melody. Jouffroy wanders before, following a 1 minute Grimal, Roman accelerates ever and I'm trying to limit the differences but really, before this is over but the cross cyclo cross bike.

Ultimately, Arnaud arrives with 2min14 ahead of Jeremy when Roman came back a few seconds on him. I arrive at the 4th position with 3min43 behind, it hurts when last Sunday I had taken the challenge "1min50" in the teeth.

Finally, I hope there will be better days why not with Castres on Sunday. It was a beautiful day with the public came very numerous, a great time and a mess of the champions.

Shock Absorbing Boat Seats

Montrevel St Felix - first round national challenge

Three weeks after the first race, as he was on Sunday to confront the national level. The first round of France Cycling Challenge The Montrevel has unfolded in the Ain Rhones-Alpes. And just speaking of Rhône-Alpes, they were at home and well motivated to do a good performance on this beautiful track on the edge of a lake with sandy portions.

Initially, some difficulty and then snap it off! I am positioned to 50th place and I go back little by little. After half an hour of the race I find myself somewhat isolated between two groups. I see it before me and make it up lap after lap, providing a great effort. Arrived in this group trying to position myself well but it's hard to recover after the previous big effort and I started to let go after two rounds in good company for 15th place. I move back to around 25th place, never to let go. I have no right to be wrong if I want to go in points (30 first). Then I tear myself, it hurts but we must resist a few laps. Overall I'm sprinting to snatch Johnathan Cessot little 27th place.

The sensations are there, I look forward to the other races with higher goals that handle it.

Teachers Manual Optiosn Futures Derivatives

Muskiz

After two stakes races in English in the previous season, is distributed to the 2008/2009 season the side of Bilbao Muskiz. Cyclocross Basque, although enriched, had a great race filled with tight switchbacks, lots of ups and turns making the highly technical differences in the various categories.

The start was a little rough after a night at the coach, at 5am to make the trip to 320km. Arrived at 8:30, we took our brand among the English and the circuit of 2700 meters long.

For starters, it was the turn of the masters 30, 40 and 50 together to battle on 40 min race. Allen, Lawrence and Joel participated in these categories (where?). Alain, well placed to share in the starting 10 for a big back and rejoin the group battling for second place. It imposes its own pace and one arrives at the English track and attack in the limit. Lawrence also starts well placed, on the heels of Alain but can not seem to all go up. He then locks in a positron group between the 10th and 15th. A puncture after the bell will make him lose his head this group. Joel made a start in the packet, and continues its course, progressing in his technique.

Alain wins in the category of the 50 years after his 3rd place overall, Lawrence takes the 18th place of 30 years and Joel 12th in 40 years (then you found?).

By late morning, it's time for cadets with the two piglets Hugo and Thomas. Thomas for his second in cyclocross, begins to enter the profession. At the first corner to leave it last fall. He began his opponent to finish 12th after a few falls. Hugo when with him, took the lead in the race from the start to create a group of 3 riders. On the last lap, despite a straight, he attacks and finally arrived in sprint and get all 3 in the same second. The first victory of the season for Hugo and abroad, its been fun.

My departure has stood 12.45 with thirty competitors with some old English professionals and experts in cyclocross. I go at full speed in the first lace in the top positions to take second place. Cannot negotiate a first and a small drop in premium. I go back on the bike and while I can cling to a first group that will soon let go. I'm hunting for this group of 5. I finally was back then a new attack is done and I jump. I will return later to recraquer. Upon arrival, I come on the heels 5th while the second came back hoping for 3 laps.

Finally a 6th place overall in the elite and 1st position in hope. Its been very pleased after the little miss St Felix.

TCC's record is excellent with 3 wins on the day of French children from kick ass.
